1. Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ALGORA1 (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1.1 Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for safeguarding your username and password and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

1.2 Acceptable use

• Do not redistribute, resell, scrape, or republish market data obtained through the Service except as permitted by the relevant data vendor's terms.
• Do not attempt to access the Service by any means other than the interface we provide, or interfere with its operation or security.
• Do not use the Service to violate any law or any third party's rights.

1.3 No advice; no fiduciary relationship

All content — including charts, indicators, and algorithm signals — is general information, not investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and is not a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security. No fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by your use of the Service.

2. Market Data

Market data is supplied by third-party vendors and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and may reflect a single venue rather than the full consolidated market. Data is provided "as is" and "as available." Do not rely on it as the sole basis for any trade. Algorithm signals are model outputs based on historical data; past performance does not guarantee future results.

3. Subscription & Billing

The Service is offered on a recurring subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change pricing on prospective notice.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE AND ALL DATA ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Trading securities involves substantial risk of loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALGORA1 and its operators will not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

5. Privacy Policy

5.1 What we collect

• Account data: your username, hashed password, and the email associated with your Stripe checkout.
• Usage data: your saved watchlist and terminal preferences.
• Technical data: IP address, browser/device info, and server logs used to operate and secure the Service.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe. We receive a customer/subscription identifier and status — not your full card number.

5.2 How we use it

To authenticate you, provide and personalize the terminal, verify your subscription, secure the Service, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.

5.3 Sharing

We share data only with service providers that run the Service on our behalf — notably Stripe (payments) and our market-data vendor and hosting/infrastructure providers — and when required by law. Each acts under its own terms and privacy policy.

5.4 Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie (algora1_session) to keep you signed in. It is strictly necessary for the Service to function; disabling it will prevent sign-in.

5.5 Retention & your choices

We retain account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legal, security, and accounting purposes. You may request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting us; deletion may end your access to the Service.
